This weekend, Brandon was out with BSA and unknowingly left us with out any transportation, even down to a stroller and baby carrier- so our weekend stills consist of us in our sunday outfits, all ready for church.
We love the first sunday of the month, it gives a chance to fast and when we break our fast we always eat a breakfast for our dinner. My favorite!
It took me awhile to convince Brandon this was a good idea... ha but now he's caught onto my breakfast fire desire.

I learned a few things this weekend; one being that I need to make sure i have more patience with Daxton. This age is so important and they are soaking everything in, so I need to take my patience to the next level.
Also, not to compare myself or my ability to others. Its so self destructing and if I let it creep into my life it can take over. The internet can be such a beautiful thing but it can also be a bad thing because there is so much at our fingertips. So i'm learning to take away habits on the internet (like blog hopping) that can lead to self destructive thoughts and to be kind to myself..
Sorry I didn't mean for that to sound dreary just self improvements i learned this week - take it or leave it.
He recently has found his tongue! This is the face we are getting all the time. kills me!
