Lexi's Improvements

I just want to say thank you again, for all your thoughts, prayers and love for my sister Lexi, and for our fmaily. With the help of my siblings, we have been able to capture some of Lexi'a improvements in the past few weeks. Her recover has been nothing short of a miracle and we are so grateful for everything she has accomplished.

We didn't get too much video from when she was in a coma up until about a week after her accident as it was too sacred to record. For this reason, you won't be able to quite see how far she has come, but I'm sure you can imagine how big of a jump it is from being brain dead to where she is now. It truly has been incredible.

I hope you find as much inspiration and joy from the videos as we have been being with our sweet Lexi.

Oh wo, Shelby, thank-you so much for sharing this - it made me cry! I don't think I really believed in miracles before but this, this is truly a miracle for you all, you must be so happy and proud of your sister. Such a terrible thing to happen to her but look at her, she is getting better! I will pray for Lexi, I really will, that she gains more strength with each day and for you and your family too and for the medical team who are doing such good work. Lexi is one special girl. Sending love and prayers, all the way from North East England. God bless you all. x

I burst into tears watching this. Honestly, it is so inspiring to see how quickly she is progressing. What a miracle! I did not think she would be walking this quickly. To hear her sweet voice and see her processing in a conversation is pure joy. I needed to see her this morning. Thank you, Shelby!

Shelby, I know it's been said, but I just needed to add my gratitude for you sharing these updates. There are so many who love and adore your sweet family, all of you. To see the blessings of heaven opened and pouring over all of you gives each of us the opportunity to realize the love of a Heavenly Father who know's us personally. Thank you so very much for sharing that love with each of us. Hugs to all of you for your courage to stand strong in the face of such adversity!

we are so grateful for you lexi and love you so much, thanks for the fine example that you are of courage and strength, and for the sacrifices you have made for us as your brothers and sisters in the gospel to learn from this experience what lessons that we have learned from reading of your experiences with this horrible accident and road to recovery, we wish all your family as well as yourself the best ever, please get well soon. we do believe in miracles and have witnessed many here so far, also through all this we feel we as a family ALSO have learned to NEVER TAKE THE LORD for granted, thank you for that, we feel we have been so richly blessed as well through these words and accounting of the accident and progress of your healing, again best of wishes to you and your blessed family, may god be with you always, is our prayer.
