Be a Collector of Beautiful Moments

Lately its been a challenge to figure out where to spend my time. I feel like I have been wearing too many hats lately and trying to balance them all isn't working. Being a mom of three has already been a big change, but I feel like I've been adding more to my plate and it keeps getting fuller to where other areas in my life have been falling short.
I've been listening to a lot of talks from the LDS General Conference whenever I have a spare moment to help me keep everything in perspective... and I'm trying my best to learn how to say 'No' to requests and to weed out things that are unnecessary.
One thing I have gleaned from trying to prioritize my time is to be a collector of beautiful moments. I want to look back on my life and see that I was grateful for those small, simply moments. Whether it was that 10 minutes of quiet time in the car, or the little tug on my leg from Tayte asking if "I would hold you", or singing my boys to sleep at night, watching a polly polly (roly poly) curl up on itself, relishing a meaningful conversation with a friend, making new friends, or holding hands with Brandon.
These thoughts have really helped me recently when I'm feeling a little stressed, or behind in areas of my life. And I'm hoping to find even more balance in this life that can sometimes get a little bit crazy. What about you? How do you feel like you find more balance and peace?

1. Wake up early and go for a run every morning
2. I make time for the older two whole the younger two are napping. We go swimming or pick from our summer bucket something to do
3. I take a nap or do something for me every day. Study, pin, read, put on makeup etc. Most the time it's nap and read though
4. Our meals are so simple. That has helped a lot.
