Daxton Michael Osmond

Well first off I have to say this picture saved my life... meaning what is happening in this picture saved my life, my epidural.
Our boy, Daxton finally came into this world after 3 days of labor. For some reason my body would not dilate and ended up visiting the hospital 3 humiliating times due to awful contractions. The 3rd time visiting the hospital, the familiar nurses that saw us 3 times recieved a plead from Brandon that we needed to stay at the hospital because there was no way I could go back home. Therefore, after seeing that I was dilated to 3 cm they agreed and many prayers were answered. I went from a 3 to 10 in 5 hours and delivered at exactly 12:00 A.M so on Daxton's birth certificate it says born at 00:00. Pretty cool. Here are some pictures of the blessed day

After 3 tireless nights we finally got to take Daxton home, there was a lot of stress invloved as they did test and more test on Daxton to make sure that he was healthy. They made me feed him on demand and told me that if I didn't feed him everytime he wouldn't be able to come home. It was a long stay at the hospital but so worth it.
The handsome dad

Now these are my favorite they are just some pictures Brandon took while laying on the bed- I just think he is THE cutest baby.

enjoy every second of your little boy cause time really flies ask your mom and dad
Shelby I am so sorry to hear about the labor, mostly because I've been there, excatly there!!! I was in labor with Logan for three days, going to and from the hospital because I thought we were there because the contractions were so intense and so close together, being in tons of pain, having a nurse finally lie saying that we were at a 4 when it was really a 3 so we could get into the hospital and get an epadirl (sp). I think without modern medicine I would have died for sure. So I am truly truly sorry you had to go through that. I would never wish that on anyone.
I'm sorry that Daxton had to be in the NICU. Logan was only put on oxygen for about 5 hours and they had to pump his stomach twice.
Glad things are better now, really his is so cute!!! If you need to talk, give me a call! You still have an old ward list don't you?
love you two bunches,
