I hope you all had a wonderful Fourth of July!
Man, I feel so behind with post because I've been working on little kinks on the blog. If you scroll down you will see that all of my comments have been lost... It was probably my fault, I was getting so much feedback saying it was hard to comment on our blog, so I was trying to switch around the way you comment on our blog and in the process lost our comments. I was pretty, actually really sad... but i guess life goes on right?
So that is why there are no comments on my past post...
Annnywayyysss...
Our fourth was wonderfully hot! We haven't had sunny weather in New England for awhile so it was a perfect day for the sun to come out and shine.
We went to the beach and almost fried because of how hot it was!

The night before the fourth we went to the Esplanade with some friends to hear the Boston Pops rehearse for their performance on the fourth. We didn't get to see the fireworks but it was still really neat to be right along the Charles River and hear them play and sing.

^^Tayte jamin' out to the music^^
So, Tayte is a hair puller. He just loves it for some funny reason.
Here is the sequence of how it usually goes for taking pictures...

^^Tayte reaches out for Daxton's hair^^

^^I grab his lightening fast hands just before he grabs Daxton's locks^^

^^But he outsmarts me and goes in for the kill, leaving Daxton in a hot mess and Tayte is smirking because he knows he just teased his older brother. And that my friends is how picture taking usually goes^^

^^ Here Brandon was trying to capture our nice night out waiting for the fireworks. And instead caught Daxton in his hot mess after Tayte had just grabbed his hair. Proof yet again^^

We watched fireworks from a park that had a beautiful skyline view of Boston which made it easier on our boys to avoid the crowds after the show.
Also, the sky looked like cotton candy! You can't tell too much in this photo but it was so pretty!

We are extremely grateful for those that have and are now serving our country. We are grateful for this beautiful land and the freedoms that we are so blessed to have. Fourth of July is one of my favorites because we can reflect and celebrate this great country and the blessing of living here.
Hope you all had a great day!!
