Happy Fathers Day!

Yesterday was Father's Day and I just wanted to let the fathers in my life know how much they mean to me.

To my Daddy Fatty: I've loved all the advice you have given to me. I love that I can call you up with a silly question and you will always know the answer. You have always looked out for me and have pushed me to be my best; like the times you would train me running- you ran marathons and I ran 1 milers- but you got me to do a 5k and for the last mile you were there waiting for me and ran with me to the finish line making me run harder and faster. You taught me to work hard and to be grateful for what I have. I love you daddy and all the things you have blessed me with.

To my FIL: From day one I have always felt like one of your daughters you never had. I couldn't have asked for better in-laws. You always know the right thing to say or do and have the biggest heart - and you have passed that down to your son. I am so grateful for the way you have raised my mister and have been the perfect example for him. We love you so very much!!

To my mister: Everyone told me you were going to be an incredible dad when we were first married- and they couldn't have been more right. But I didn't need them to tell me- you have loved our baby with all the vivacity you can muster. You are the steadfast foundation in our home- never wanting and always giving. Your happiness never fades and your constantly loving those around you. I love you, you are my light. Happy Fathers Day.

We celebrated fathers day with a surprise 80th Birthday party for my dad, the look of surprise was fantastic. His 7 children were there, 12 grandchildren, and 4 great grand children. Just love my dad x

What a wonderful tribute to the fathers in your life! As girls, I think we value our fathers more than they even begin to fathom. My daddy, my FIL and my step father have all passed and I miss them with every beat of my heart. But I cherish the memories I share of them and the precious time we shared.
