Daxton, one year ago...

Daxton is one years old today. one.
Due to this milestone, my emotions are annoyingly ranging on the high level scale.
But i embrace my tears, as I want to shout from the rooftops how much I love my boy and that I am the luckiest mom!
We were talking a family walk the other day and as my thoughts/tears were filled with the past year- i tried to fumble through words to describe my feelings to my mister.
How is it that we are blessed to have a baby,
that he is a happy baby,
that he can make the darkest moment become bright
that as soon as he came into the world he has changed my life-
that he has taught me to be selfless, to be responsible, to be happy, to be a mom.
There are so many things to be grateful for, the good defiantly outweighs the bad.
There has been so much indescribable joy filling our life all because of this little person-
our little one year old Daxton.

Happy Birthday my angel boy.

Daxton is just the most darling little boy. He always appears to be so happy and is certainly going to be a heart breaker when he is older as he is so handsome.

I hope you have a lovely day together

Happy Birthday Daxton! I feel the same way about my little guy. He is my youngest and is the youngest by ten years. He is the light of our family and our family just wouldn't be complete without him.

Enjoy every moment Shelby and cherish these early years. I am the mother of 5 and my youngest is leaving primary education this summer and going up to secondary school (your jnr high). It marks the end of 26 years of walking up and down schools. Daxton is a lovely boy, you are doing a grand job. xx
