Mother's Day Card

I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day. That you got to spend sometime with the ones you love, whether if it was on the phone, skype or in person. 

We sadly couldn't be with either of our Mom's yesterday. It sure made me grateful for all the times that we did get to spend with them, when we lived closer.

However, our Mother's Day was wonderful.

Brandon let me sleep in!!! And i got like an extra 2 hours of sleep!

We had a wonderful day at church, got to go on a walk, talk with Grandma's and family over skype. And because both babies were sleeping, the Mister and I got to have a quiet peaceful dinner all to ourselves! I don't remember the last time we've had a dinner at home where I'm not wrestling a baby. haha it was a beautiful day, one where I got to reflect and enjoy. 

Also, yesterday morning Brandon surprised me with a digital card. 

It made me really contemplate about the meaning of life. How short and simple life really is..

It was such a joy (and very emotional) going back and looking at our pictures of our life together.

Anyway, I thought I'd share the card with you and the beautiful message.

It probably won't be that meaningful to you but it sure made me cry...
